Please note that Idoej is not a party to the payment processor service agreement, which applies only to you and the payment processor and other parties specified in its terms. We are not responsible for any obligations or liabilities under that agreement. To prevent fraud and protect information security, we and/or the payment processor may perform verification before activating your account.

After submitting payment, your credit card information will be securely encrypted and stored in your account for faster future payments. Your security is our top priority, and you can manage your saved credit card information in your account settings at any time.



Your Intellectual Property and Content

Idoej and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the website, products, and services, including but not limited to database rights, copyrights, design rights (whether registered or not), trademarks (whether registered or not), and other similar rights existing worldwide, as well as the right to apply for protection of the aforementioned rights. You agree that any common law or equitable action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the personal jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Furthermore, you agree that we may submit any dispute to binding one-on-one arbitration in lieu of litigation, conducted in accordance with the rules of the British Arbitration Association. However, claims, actions, or disputes involving intellectual property ownership shall not be subject to arbitration.
