For some large or bulky items (such as ski bags), an additional oversized package handling fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.



Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing includes packaging, label printing, and shipping arrangements. Please ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and complete, including street, house number, city, state, and zip code.

Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in additional shipping costs.

Idoej is not responsible for delays or returns due to address issues, but will assist in resolving related matters.



Shipping Costs and Service Area

Idoej offers free standard shipping to most regions worldwide.

For oversized, heavy, or irregularly sized items, an additional handling fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery and Receipt

Most carriers will attempt delivery three times. If the total order value exceeds $100, a signature confirmation is usually required; for other orders, the carrier will determine whether a signature is needed based on the circumstances.

If no one is available to sign for the package after three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Idoej.

We recommend choosing an address where someone is available to receive the package, such as a company address or a location where someone is usually present. Idoej is not responsible for delays or loss of packages due to no one being available to receive the package.

For deliveries to remote areas or special locations, there may be additional delays or fees, which will be indicated on the checkout page.



Shipping Time

From the time the item leaves the Idoej warehouse, it usually takes 7-14 business days for delivery.

Actual arrival time may be affected by the following factors:

  • Type of logistics service selected;
  • Distance between the shipping warehouse and the delivery address;
  • Weather or traffic conditions;
  • Holidays or peak season shipping volume. Idoej will do its best to meet your expected delivery time, but in case of delays, remedies can be handled through carrier insurance services or according to the return policy.

After your order is shipped, the system will send an email containing a tracking link. We recommend saving this email until your order is received.

Through tracking, you can stay informed about the shipping progress of your package at any time, including dispatch, transit, delivery attempts, and delivery status.



Inventory Information

Most items displayed on Idoej.com are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If an item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, a message will be displayed on the product page, and you will not be able to add it to your shopping cart.

If an item is shown as available for pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping time will be indicated on the product page.

We recommend checking the product inventory and estimated shipping time to plan your skiing trip or gift giving.



Special Delivery Instructions
