Return Policy
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer a 25-day return and exchange service for most products. If the received product does not meet your expectations, you can apply for a return or refund under the following return conditions.
Applicable Conditions
Please ensure the product remains in its original condition, including:
- Unused and unworn;
- Free from stains, damage, and odors;
- Complete with tags, labels, manuals, and accessories;
- Original packaging in good condition;
- Accompanied by a copy of the original order information or packing slip.
If the product affects secondary sales, returns may not be possible or a restocking fee may apply.
The following situations are not eligible for return
- Custom-made products;
- Used, washed, or damaged products;
- Missing packaging, accessories, or labels;
- Products not purchased through the Idoej official website;
- Gift cards and virtual redemption products.
Return Process
Please contact our customer service team first and provide:
- Order number;
- Name and contact information;
- Reason for return;
- If involving quality issues/damage, please provide clear photos or videos.
Customer service will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm eligibility for return and provide the return address.
After confirmation, please return the product as required, including:
- Original packaging;
- All accessories and manuals;
- A copy of the order information or packing slip.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Idoej is not responsible for the loss of returned items.
Shipping Costs
For subjective reasons such as incorrect size or dislike of style, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method.
For quality issues, incorrect shipments, or shipping damage, we will cover the shipping costs, but please contact customer service to confirm and obtain a return label before returning the item. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the replacement item. This avoids inventory issues and speeds up processing, ensuring sufficient product availability.
Refunds
After the returned product is inspected and verified, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds generally arrive within 7 business days after processing (this may vary slightly depending on the bank). If the return is due to a quality issue or shipping error, and the corresponding proof has been provided, the shipping fee will also be refunded.
A restocking fee may be charged if the brand packaging box is damaged, stained, or missing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please:
- Keep the original packaging and shipping documents;
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt;
- Provide photos or videos for verification and processing.
We will process your replacement or refund as soon as possible.
